David Freemas is a director, cinematographer & editor based in Brooklyn, NY.

After graduating with a degree in Design & Production, David went on to work in film in New York City, where he’s been collaborating professionally for over thirteen years.

His work has played on National TV, during the Superbowl, and been featured on NOWNESS, BOOOOOOOM, Beyond The Short and National Geographic. He is the writer and cinematographer of the short film, “Collecting Hope (2011),” which won Runner-Up Best Film out of 300 global contestants and premiered at the Festival de Cannes.

As cinematographer, he’s shot campaigns for Google Pixel, Columbia University & Pandora among others. As an editor he’s worked with a variety of agencies across New York and abroad, editing spots for Nike, Under Armour, vevo and many more.
